1 General Terms & Conditions

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is not permitted.

3 Age Verification & KYC Policy

Bip Baji may request documents for age and identity verification at any time. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer). Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

4 Deposit Guidelines

Withdrawal requests are generally processed Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification, which could extend processing time.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only once wagering requirements are fully met.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
